Mechanised Operation details at mines and Railway Stations

In the above mining leases of SMS grade Limestone various mining operations
like drilling, blasting (both primary and secondary) and loading of ROM in
trippers for feeding thereof into the mechanized crushers is carried out
for producing different sizes of limestone gitties at the mines i.e. +30 -
+50 mm, +40 - +80 mm, +10 - +30 mm sizes in particular.
Further the limestone gitties are loaded into trippers/dumpers by mode of
either crusher hopper clearances or by mechanized loading.

These limestone gitties, from the above mines, are transported by tripper/
dumpers to Jaisalmer railway siding at Jaisalmer and to Gotan railway
siding at Gotan respectively. After stacking of the same at respective
railway sidings they are loaded into ‘N’ type Wagons of BG
rakes at Jaisalmer and at Gotan respectively for further dispatches to
various customers i.e. Steel Plants like SAIL, TISCO etc.
