The Company has been awarded the permission by
the Ministry of shipping, Roads, Transport & Highways and NHAI, New Delhi
vide the License Deed dated 13.08.2007 for constructing the "Access" roads
to its private property from main NH-8 Express highway leading to the

Company to have received such permission on the entire stretch of Jaipur
Ajmer NH-8.
